I wrote the previous review and needed to add what this product did for my husband.... One night about 2:00 a.m., my husband was having extreme pains in his abdomen - so extreme that we were going to be headed to the ER. His color was ashen, and his pain intense. He does not like the ER, so before I insisted we go, we decided to just try rubbing some Inside Out on his belly to see if it would bring any relief. I had my doubts that it would do any good at all because we thought he might have had a bowel blockage, though I can't confirm that. He looked like a corpse as we applied the oil. For the next 30 minutes we sat and hoped for the best. During that time, the color in his face started to return and after about 30 minutes most of his pain was gone. After 50 minutes he looked like himself again and was able to go back to sleep and slept the night through. The next day his bowels returned to proper working function and he felt so grateful for the relief. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't watched the change it made in his pain! It also cleared any constipation that he was having and his bowels returned to normal.
